World Cup 2018 is too close to start. We are counting days. Before start to watch whole game you should now each group and each country. Here is World Cup 2018 Group C.

FRANCE

A young and vibrant side packed with flair promises to be eye-catching. Recently, France twice took the lead away to World Cup winner Germany and caused the home defence all sorts of problems with the movement and speed of their devastating counter-attacks.

But France are also prone to lapses in concentration, and this needs to be ironed out if they wish to win the trophy for the second time.

Les Bleus lost the 2006 World Cup final to Italy in a penalty shootout; lost to Germany in the quarter-finals of the 2014 World Cup, and could not handle the pressure of being favourites in the Euro 2016 final at home to Portugal.

It’s time for France to add silverware to the growing hype.

Key player: Raphael Varane (Real Madrid) – The three-time Champions League-winning centre-back has the difficult task of marshalling a vulnerable defence.
Coach: Didier Deschamps – Turned France into a highly competitive team but has yet to deliver a trophy. Reaching the World Cup semi-finals is the minimum target for the 49-year-old Deschamps, a former midfielder who captained France to victory at the 1998 World Cup and Euro 2000.

AUSTRALIA

Qualified for a fourth consecutive World Cup, but had to take the long route to Russia after failing to secure direct entry in Asia because of a slightly inferior goal difference to Saudi Arabia.

The Australians played 22 games in qualifying, including an Asian playoff against Syria and culminating with a play-off win over Honduras. That made them the next-to-last team to clinch a spot at the 2108 edition.

The nucleus of the young squad that went to Brazil four years ago has remained, helping the country win a first Asian Cup title in 2015 and develop an attacking style it touts as the Australian way.

Ange Postecoglou quit as coach a week after Australia secured their place in Russia, and is yet to be replaced.

Key player: Mile Jedinak (Aston Villa) – With much of the attention on 37-year-old Tim Cahill, Jedinak has returned from injury to stabilise the midfield and score a hat-trick against Honduras.
Coach: To be appointed.

PERU

Chile, Ecuador and even Paraguay were considered favorites for South America’s fifth spot in the World Cup. In the end, it went to a Peruvian side that conceded only seven goals in eight matches in 2017.

Much of the team’s base players are now in Mexican clubs; goalkeeper Pedro Gallese, defender Luis Advincula, midfielder Pedro Aquino and strikers Raul Ruidiaz and Andy Polo.

Key player: Paolo Guerrero (Flamengo) – The 33-year-old captain scored six goals in qualifying, but is now a doubt for Russia while appealing against a Fifa doping ban.
Coach: Ricardo Gareca – The 59-year-old Argentine scored a goal in 1985 that eliminated Peru in the South American qualifiers. Since 2015 he has led a much better organised and well-paced Peruvian team to their first World Cup participation since 1982.

DENMARK

One of the fastest-improving teams in Europe, and a country most will want to avoid coming out of the third-seeded pot.

Denmark haven’t played a major tournament since the 2012 European Championships but they are unbeaten in 11 games since back-to-back losses in qualifying against Poland and Montenegro in October 2016.

Two results stand out: A 4-0 win at home to top-seeded Poland in September and the 5-1 victory at Ireland in the play-offs second leg.

In both games, playmaker Christian Eriksen was a standout creating and scoring goals. His form can decide Denmark’s fortunes in Russia.

Key player: Christian Eriksen (Tottenham) – Just 18 on his World Cup debut in 2010, Eriksen is in prime form this time round, scoring 11 goals in eight different games during Denmark’s unbeaten streak.
Coach: Age Hareide – The 64-year-old Norwegian has spent his entire career in Scandinavia, including a five-year spell leading his home country.

In 2000, Germany entitled to host World Cup 2006 for the second time. First time was 1974. South Africa, United Kingdom and Morocco was last candidates for hosting. In the final tournament, 31 teams participated in this process together with the host country Germany. Germany was the second time to compete (West Germany in 1974 for the first time). At the same time, it was the 10th World Cup in Europe.

Notes from World Cup 2006

World Cup 2006 it was the 18th tournament. At that time it was the most watched show in television history. FIFA and other countries decided to implement “Green Goal”, which is first time they used in World Cup. the purpose of this implement is reduce effect of carbon 100 thousand of carbon emission. Because millions of people use planes, cars and other vehicles just to see World Cup 2006. Germany, has donated one million euros to be used in environmental projects and implemented in developing countries.

On The Way To The Finals

World Cup 2006 was between 9 June – 9 July. On fourth of June semi finals game took place between Germany and Italy. Italy won the match with 2 goals and the Italian sheet stayed clean without any goal. In the fifth of June Portugal faced France and France won the match with one goal. Germany and Portugal played for last third place. Germany won the game and scored three goals while Portugal scored just one.

Final match played in 9th of July between Italy and France. At the beginning both sides played in a fast peak. They showed different kind of skills and strength in first half of the match. The first goal scored by France in the 7th minute By Zidane. After a short time Italy scored second goal by Materazzi. After that no goals have been scored the whole match from either side. Match extended by 20 minutes. But nothing has changed. Finally both teams competed in penalty shout-outs when Italy won the game 5-3.

The World Cup 2002 was the first world cup of the millennium. So everyone was so excited. The wanted this time to play for friendship and peace. FIFA responsible of selecting the countries that will host the world cup so they wanted to make a little different for this time and they selected two countries to host the tournament.

South Korea and Japan were selected to host the first world cup of millennium. After last world cup in France everyone was waiting a different thing, more hope and more friendship with this tournament between all the participants and all the visitors.

It was the first world cup outside Europe and the Americas. It was also the first time to use the golden goal rule in extra times where the played game will be ended in case any of the teams scores in the extra time.

Before Final Match and More

They were two host countries. So teams and tournament were distributed over 2 the cities and stadiums in two countries. There were 8 groups in World Cup 2002. A, B, C, D matches played in South Korean E, F, G H matches played in Japan. In semi finals Germany defeated South Korea 1-0. After that Brazil defeated Turkey 1-0 also. So final match played between Germany and Brazil. And for the match of the third and fourth positions South Korea and Turkey played again. Turkey defeated 3-2.

Everyone were so excited for final match. In 30 June at 20:00 the final started. Ronaldo from Brazil showed extraordinary performance the whole tournament and finally at the final match he scored 2 goals and led his team Brazil to win 2-0. He was the scorer of World Cup 2002. And won the Golden Shoe after 8 goals. the two team have not played face to face in the final before , it was there first time and they made history. It was the first time and Brazil won the game.
